Farmers’ Market Committee

Gala Committee

Meets: November – January
Purpose: Facilitates the Annual Chamber Gala held in January to swear in the new Chair and 1st Vice Chair and to provide an upscale evening of entertainment and networking in a social setting.

Healthy Business Challenge Committee

Member Services Committee

Chair: Marian Mocanu
Meets: Monthly meeting approximately 1.5 hours each, plus attending special events throughout the year (approximately 4 events)
Purpose: To discuss and recommend to the Board of Directors programs to generate targeted membership levels through recruiting new members and encouraging membership retention. Analyze and recommend promotional, educational and networking projects to provide optimal value to Chamber of Commerce members.

Perron District Committee

Meets: Every month September to June
Purpose: To support the growth and prosperity of downtown St. Albert by working together with downtown businesses, the City of St. Albert, and the overall St. Albert business community. To host special events, contribute to short, medium and long-term planning, and develop new initiatives for downtown improvements.
